Welcome! This form allows us to register all children and youth who attend FCC, from infants through high school seniors. Please complete the information below so that we have your family's updated information, even if your child does not plan on participating in our Sunday School (or if your child is an infant, does not plan on using our in-house nursery).

Volunteer as a Classroom Assistant

Update the bulletin boards in the church
